Raw Peanut Butter and Chocolate Oat Balls

These raw vegan peanut butter and chocolate oatmeal balls are fast and easy to make. They are great for breakfast, snacks, or for when you’re on the go.

The best thing is that they’re guilt free because they’re packed full of protein, fiber, manganese, vitamin B1, and omega 3.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 C Peanut Butter
  • 1 C Raw Oats
  • 1/4 C Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1/4 C Finely Chopped Dark Chocolate or Mini-Chocolate Chips
  • 1 T Chia Seeds

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • Roll into golf ball size balls.
  • Let set in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Enjoy.
