- 1 Container of Hummus
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Container of Grape Tomatoes, washed
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Avocado, cut
- 1 Baguette
- Slice baguette into 1/2 inch pieces.
- Peel and sliced carrots into 1/2 inch thick by 2 inch long matchsticks.
- Slice cucumber into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- Cut avocado in half, remove seed and skin. Slice in 1/2 inch pieces.
- Arrange carrots, tomato, avocado, and olives on a plate. Enjoy.
